I received some Shun knives as a present from a friend of mine particularly that of the shun knife sets. To be honest, I really don’t like cooking especially preparing it. But when my friend gave me this shun knife sets, all my views in life about cooking changed. I admit, at the very moment I saw the knives, I wanted to try them on right away. I never had any history about chopping, dicing, slicing and cutting foods but I was very eager to use my friend’s gift, and to my surprised I enrolled on a culinary arts class. The school actually provides the tools, but I asked them if it is alright to use my own tools. At first, it was very hard for me to adapt to my new environment and new tools. But as days gone by, I felt like my hands and fingers were already a part of the shun knife that I am using.
